I'm supporting Compton Care in their 40th Birthday year by getting Fit4Compton! By taking part in this 40 mile challenge, I have pledged to raise vital funds to ensure that Compton Care are able to provide 'countless moments of care' for families living locally with the effects of an incurable illness. In particular this charity means a lot to my family who sadly lost my sister. Compton gave my sister a dignified and respectful passing.
