I've stood on the side lines long enough shaking a bucket, it's time to do, so why start small, why not start by walking over hot coals!!!! That's right the sparkly shoes are coming off and I'm barefoot walking over hot coals all in the name of charity!!

As many of you know I tragically lost my niece to MND at a very early age. MND has no cure, but what it has is an army of support and that support wouldn't be possible without this fantastic charity. Whether you check down the side of the couch and all you have is a pound coin and a bit of fluff, or you have a spare fiver, every single penny counts to this amazing charity.
