Leeds Bike-it - Tour de Prem · 6 July 2018

We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we’re a suicide prevention charity. We host a helpline for people affected by suicide, as well as vital online resources for anyone who needs them.

Story

In July 2018, Leeds Beckett coaches will ride our bikes to home ground of every one of their Premiership North opponents for the 2018/19 season.

This will take us from Derby to Stirling via Nottingham and Durham.  They will cover over 400 miles in the saddle over four days.

In doing so they aim to raise £2,500 for CALM and £500 for the club (First £1,000 to be split equally, thereafter all funds to CALM).

CALM provide support for people suffering with mental health issues.  The coaches are keen to raise funds for such a great cause.  Mental health issues have effected people close to all the coaches and if this ride can raise awareness of these issues and the available support out there then it will have been a success.
