On Sunday 16th August 2020 I was due to be cycling 100 miles through London and Surrey before ending back on The Mall to raise awareness and funds for Diabetes UK. 

With this event just being cancelled I have decided to still cycle 100 miles on Sunday 16th August from Harlow > Blakeney in Norfolk  

As a Type 1 Diabetic myself l know first hand the issues that this condition can cause. Although Diabetes UK already do a great deal to discover new treatments and to raise awareness for this condition that effects over 400 million people worldwide... every little extra helps! 

This will be a gruelling ride and an equally gruelling training regime (which I’m sure pleases you all after what I put you all through lol) so any donation will be massively appreciated!
