I would like to thank you all firstly for taking the time to read my story.

I have set myself the target of completing the Wye Valley Mighty Hike for personal reasons. Having sadly lost my mum to cancer two years ago and seeing the work that Macmillan do first hand has made me want to give something back.

I am taking on this hike in memory of my Mum and in honour of all those who have been affected in one way or another.
