I have to admit that I did not know much about the Anthony Nolan Foundation, until I came to realise what a difference finding a matching blood donor could have made to our dear friend Sarah. If more people were aware of the Foundation and signed up to be a registered donor for blood transplants, then more people may win their fight against blood cancers.

This is why I am going to take part in the Ride London 100 to raise awareness.

Its just a MERE 100 miles through the streets of London, down to the Surrey hills and then finishing on the Mall back in London.
