In loving memory of my best friend who was more like a sister that I lost in January 2022. Myself and my Mum are taking part in a Skydive to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust. This trust is close to our hearts as not only did they support Izzy and her family but she wanted to raise as much money as she can to enable Teenage Cancer Trust to help and support other teenagers and allow them to carry on with their cause 🦋

Here’s a little bit more about her story:

We are fundraising for Teenage Cancer Trust West Midlands in memory of Izzy who was diagnosed with rhaddomyosarcoma at aged 16, she sadly lost her fight just before her 18th Birthday in January 2022. She was determined and courageous. She never lost her love of life or her beautiful smile, she danced, sang and lived life to the full despite everything she was going through. Izzy received lots of support from the Teenage Cancer Trust through the use of a teenage only cancer unit and the funding of a nurse specialist and a youth worker who helped her both emotionally and practically. Izzy wanted to taise money for teenage cancer trust to help raise awareness of teenage cancer and to give support to other teenagers so they do not fight alone. All money raised in Izzy‘s name has been allocated to the West Midlands Region only.
