Story

In June 2020 I lost my beloved Papa (Jimmy Walkinshaw) to this cruel disease, he had a two year battle and as a family we suffered with losing a little more of him each day which was truly heartbreaking.

Papa would of been celebrating his 90th birthday in February and in his memory I have set myself a challenge to complete 5km every day for the full month in order to give something back to this amazing charity.

It will be a challenge for me but I will give it my all, am sure Papa will be beside me every step of the way to keep me going and hopefully with the donations we can ensure that nobody faces dementia alone.
