King Ludwig Way Charity Challenge 2014
In aid of Lady McAdden Breast screening unit
2nd - 4th May - 3 Marathons in 3 Days
40 Members of Leigh on Sea Striders are taking on the 79miles of the King Ludwig Way in Bavaria Germany in just 3 days, that’s a marathon a day.
They are committing to this challenge to try and raise over £20000.00 for the Lady McAdden Breast Screening Unit. This Essex based charity targets Breast Cancer by providing screening services to the local community on a donation basis. Fund raising is critical to is continued success and in helping them raise money for a digital imaging system costing £250k
