I will be creating this account to document my journey towards my Ironman 70.3 in Westfriesland (Netherlands). My main aim is to use this account to inspire others through my personal training and growth from the rehab of my ACL surgery.along as raisong funds for charity On July 4th I underwent surgery and felt like my world was honestly ending. 3 months later I can look back at it as a good thing as I have never been so motivated to get better and be a better person every single day. The journey isn’t gonna be easy and I will prove that nothing is impossible In this post I will show some videos of the beginning of my rehab when I was just wanting to return to hockey not knowing if become obsessed to the point of doing a triathlon.
