Story

When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community. With more donations and support from you, we can rebuild even more lives.

Ever since someone very close to our boarding house suffered a stroke, Leigh Hunt A and its pupils have held numerous fundraising events such as a Photo Booth, drinks stand, and selling Christmas ornaments, in order to show our support for this person and their family. Our next endeavor is, as a house, we plan to swim a combined total of 34km ( the length of the English Channel) in order to raise more money for this incredible cause.
