This year I will be taking part in the Dundee Kiltwalk 2024.

I will walk the Mighty Stride, covering 21.5miles from St Andrew's to Slessor Gardens Dundee.

This year I will be raising money for Andy's Man Club.

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online.

They aim to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.

I have personally felt the impact of suicide in our young men a lot more than once in recent years and this is my way of supporting a service trying to prevent this from happening.

So, your donations would be hugely appreciated and will help to positively impact the mental health of our men should they need it.
