In a VERY short amount of time I'll be running in the Bupa Great Manchester Run. I have never done anything like this before (and may never again) so please support me but more importantly the charity I am running for - Alzheimers Society. Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated, the Alzheimer’s Society is the leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers.
