I am doing it again! I am running my second Brighton Marathon on the 6th April 2014 in memory of my brother Tim who took his own life in December 2011.

Like so many young men, Tim never spoke about what was troubling him. And so this year I have chosen to run for Mind - a charity leading the fight to break the stigma of depression amongst young men.
