This Autumn, I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon and raising money for Winston's Wish.

Winston's Wish provides free support for children and young people across the UK who are grieving the death of someone important to them. They reach over 80,000 bereaved children and young people across the UK every year.

How your money can help:

£16 - could pay for a live chat session for a child or young person

£26 - could fund a resource pack for a grieving child, including a memory box to help them to remember their special person

£54 - could help pay for Winston's Wish to run an online support group for young people
