Weighing 19 stone 4 lbs I decided I didn't want to be that way anymore so I decided to lose some weight.
Joined a gym, got running round the park beforehand and now do that 6 days a week.
30/04/16
Lost the best part of 5 stone, weight still dropping and I decided to do some good with my health starting with the Nottingham 10k.
