I am running the 10k/ half marathon on 2nd October in Glasgow.

My friend suddenly lost her partner Gary Spence in May 2022, to a brain hemorrhage that he could not recover from.

Gary was an amazing dad to Logan, Tobey and Harper. Loving partner, son, brother and dearly missed friend.

So in Gary's memory I would like to hit my goal of £1000. This will be donated to the local charity Headway, they support recovery and rehabilitation following several different types of head injuries, tumours and brain bleeds.
