Leon's Big Run for Macmillan

Leicester Half Marathon 2014 · 26 October 2014 ·
Thank you for viewing my charity page everyone!
I would like to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan, as the work they do is so crucial for those affected by cancer. I have wanted to take part in a half marathon for charity for some time, and being a final year student at University of Leicester, the Leicester half marathon is the ideal race, as I also want to contribute to the local community.
The last time I did long distance running was when I competed in a local cross country competition held at my school - so this is going to be a challenge, considering I've set myself a target to finish in under two hours! But on the plus side, I will, hopefully, be in great shape by the end of it.
So please, please, please donate money for my run, no matter how small, because I want to raise as much money as I can - and seeing the amount of money I've received in donations will remind me that I can't let myself and the charity down.
THANK YOU!!!!!
