We work with some of the world's most vulnerable communities in India and Bangladesh, to detect, treat and provide holistic, person-centred support for people affected by leprosy and LF. With your help, we can provide even more people affected with life-changing services.

Story

Year 7 have been working with international charity Lepra to explore the work being done right now to beat leprosy, a disease that is still destroying lives. Students have developed their own exciting fundraising plans and will be taking on a range of challenges to help raise funds for more early diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for those affected by the disease. These include:

- Asking family and friends for an online donation

- Doing some jobs around home; chore, car washing, looking after pets, gardening

- Doing something sponsored - tech free day!

- Organising and online activity - virtual, virtual concert...

- Getting active and doing a run / cycle / bounce / skip

Students will also take part in a exciting workout on Wednesday 5th May during their PSHE lesson.

We do hope you will be able to support this project and would like to thank you will be able to support this project and would like to thank you in advance for helping to give hope back to the children and adults who are desperate for Lepra's help.
