I've set this page up to support a wonderful local charity that is based in Maghull. The founder's Sue and John set the charity up as their young son Alex was born a rare condition called Microcephallic Primordial Dwarfism . 

This condition has affected less than 500 individuals globally since the condition was first recognised.  Sadly not many of these individuals live a long life due to the underlying medical conditions they face. The Walking With Giants Foundation has supported over 140 of these individuals from the UK and around the world. 

The WWGF do not receive government funding or much grants from other sources so they rely on the public  to help them raise the money they need to achieve their aims and objectives. 

So come on people lets show the WWGF  that the work they do matter!
