Event: Bristol Three Peaks Challenge, on 31 October 2020
In memory of Tony Horton
Trek the Bristol Three Peaks route and cover three stunning hilltops over 16 miles, through the beautiful countryside on our doorstep to raise vital funds for St Peter's Hospice.

Story

As many of you are aware St Peters Hospice has a very special place in our family's heart!  Since Tony passed away 8 years ago we have made it our mission as “ Hort’s Hunnies” to raise as much money as possible to give back to the hospice.
We will never be able to thank the hospice staff enough for the care and dignity they gave Tony and also the incredible support they gave us as a family, They are true Angels.

Due to Covid 19 we are unable to hold our usual family disco’s, garden parties or attend events put on by the hospice. But fear not Covid is not stopping us this year, “Hort’s Hunnies” next challenge is Bristol Three Peaks.
Bristol three peaks challenge is a 16.5 mile circular route that includes three scenic peaks in the Bristol area. Myself, Chris and Bev will be taking our challenge on Saturday 19th September 2020.
Every £££ raised really does help and more than ever this year as so many fund raising events have had to be cancelled or put on hold. So please if you can Dig Deep!!!

Last year we cared for over 2,000 local people and their families. All our services are provided completely free of charge and we rely on donations and legacies from the local community to help us continue providing our specialised care to those who need it.

St Peter's Hospice is Bristol's ONLY adult hospice caring for local people with life-limiting illnesses. Our commitment is to improve the quality of life of patients while extending care and support to their families and loved ones. All of our care is provided free of charge, but it costs us around £20,000 a day to provide that care. For most of this money we rely on Gifts in Wills, donations, fundraising and our shops.
