Like other families, ours has been touched by cancer.  Some are still with us, others sadly not.

I'm not a doctor or nurse, I can't do anything medically to help with this nasty disease but I wanted to try to help those fighting cancer feel a bit more positive about themselves.  

I've been growing my hair now for two years, it's approximately 18 inches long and I've decided to cut it off and donate it so that it may be used to make wigs for those who have lost their hair through chemotherapy.
