2020 was a tough year for many of us, and I'm sure you're antsy to get moving! I'm really excited for the "Walk the Walk" challenge below hosted by API Forward Movement, an awesome organization in LA whose mission is to empower Asian and Pacific Islander communities to live active and healthy lives. I first learned and connected with APIFM through its CSA program in 2013 where it supported Asian farmers in the Central Valley to deliver fresh Asian veggies to communities across LA. Since then I've witnessed and experienced first hand APIFM's deep impact in the community; during the pandemic APIFM has tirelessly worked to feed the community, distributing over 65,000 lbs of fresh produce to over 27,000 low income communities of color - can you imagine how many Asian aunties and uncles in LA's Chinatown that has reached?? :) 

This year has been tough on Asian American communities with the increase in anti-Asian hate across the community - supporting API groups like APIFM, a bright spot in the community, would mean the world to me!
