Letchworth Arcadians Musical Society are raising money across the Christmas season to support this amazing local charity.

Through encouraging donations instead of "Secret Santa' presents or sending Christmas cards to each other, we hope to raise some money towards such a worthwhile cause. 

Garden House Hospice Care provides specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers facing life limiting illnesses, to enable them to have the best possible quality of life by providing care and support in the setting of their choice, without discrimination.
