Le Tour de Stafford · 4 February 2023

A Child Of Mine provides practical information, guidance and emotional support when a child dies, regardless of the age or circumstance of their death. We also work closely with the UK's leading healthcare professionals to improve the care they give to parents after the death of a child.

Story

On Saturday 4th February a group of friends will be organising the 10th edition of Le Tour de Stafford.

From what started off as a pub crawl and a day out for a group of friends back in 2010, soon turned into an annual charity event raising awareness and supporting local charities in and around Staffordshire.

The event involves guys and gals sporting thier best Lycra and helmets, dressed as cyclists, riding from pub to pub on micro scooters in a Tour de France fashion with stage jersey wins up for grabs.

They collect donations along the way and have raised over £10,000 for various charities over the last decade.

This year marks their 10th edition after two years of absence during the pandemic so it’s set to be a big one.

The tour de stafford crew will be raising money for A Child of Mine, a charity to support parents after the most unimaginable loss, after a baby or child has died.
