My family and friends will be taking part in the Summer 10k in Regent’s Park. If you know any of us, then you’ll know there’s only one true runner in this group. The rest of us will only ever run if we have a flight to catch! So we’re not particularly looking forward to this event but we will get to the finish line either way for a great cause!
