I'm doing what I love, with a fundraising twist for BBC Children in Need. Together we can support children and young people across the UK to rebuild their lives.

I was going to do 52 hikes to raise money for BBC Children in Need for 12 months from November 15th, 2021. I have done approximately 23 walks so far. But the walks were not very challenging. However, I couldn't find enough time to do this challenge due to moving house and family visits (we couldn't visit due to COVID in the last two years). So instead, I am going to do the West Highland Way starting on Saturday (tomorrow), August 20th, 2022, hoping to finish the walk in 6 to 7 days. I will carry all my gear and camp (mostly wild camping) along the way.

I am going out of my comfort zone for this walk and hope I will be able to complete this challenge. I will keep you informed about my progress.
