#CookForSyria is a fundraising initiative to provide humanitarian aid to children affected by the Syrian crisis UNICEF http://cookforsyria.com/
As part of the campaign, LEVIS CORNER HOUSE & TRISH DESINE will host a fundraising Supper Club on 19TH NOVEMBER, 2017.
ALL proceeds collected on the night will be donated to UNICEF’s SYRIA RELIEF fund.
Trish, a celebrated Irish food writer & cook book author will be serving up mains with Syrian inspired twist. The exciting menu will be completed by The Stuffed Olive & Budds both locally renowned restaurants.

The ongoing conflict in Syria has caused the largest humanitarian crisis since World War II, with the lives of more than 8 million children in danger. Many have lost family, friends and schools and have been forced to flee their homes. 50% of all Syrian refugees are children and boys as young as 7 are being recruited to fight. The risk of losing a generation grows with every day that the current situation deteriorates.
UNICEF donations will go where they are needed most at the time to protect Syrian children in Syria and the surrounding regions (refugee camps in Jordan, Lebanon etc.)
Funds will go towards clean water and nutrition for children, maintaining children’s livelihoods in a safe environment, and developing infrastructures where children can continue their education.
