Children’s Air Ambulance Southwest Skydive · 12 June 2022 to 1 October 2022 ·

A charity tandem sky dive at Dunkeswell Airfield Nr Honiton, Devon for Children's Air Ambulance

Story

I'm taking part in a 15,000ft skydive on 12th June to raise money for the Childrens Air Ambulance.

Back in 2019, my neice was air lifted to St Georges hospital, hence why I'm doing this to raise money for this amazing service.

The Childrens Air Ambulance is an inter-hospital transfer service flying babies and children from one hospital to another for specialist care. If a child is too sick to fly then the Childrens Air Ambulance can fly a specialist team directly to them. With our ability to fly approximately four times faster than a land ambulance, we can minimise travel times and the risk for little patients.

The Childrens Air Ambulance is not government funded and provides all services free of charge, this is why they rely on the kindess of people like you to carry on flying and saving childrens lives.
