My name is Lewis and I am 9 years old

I have always been outgoing and sociable but one day I started feeling sad and getting upset at things that would't normally upset me and i didn't know why.

My family and teachers noticed this change in me and I've been lucky to have support to try to feel happy again.

My mum thought it would be a good idea for us to take up running together and I said we should do that for charity. So here we are ! I looked on the internet for a charity I liked the look of and I found KIND and since I'm a kind and caring boy I wanted to support this charity.

I'm lucky to have people around me to talk to and wanted to be able to help other kids be happy too.

I will be doing lots of different events throughout the year and I hope you can support me in raising funds for this very worthy cause.
