We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

Story

Mitchell Lewis -  21 years old, intelligent, kind, fun & loved by a lot of people. Sadly he has left us for now but we will all see him again.

Mitch left us without realising how much he was loved. In memory of him a Team of Family, Friends & Work Colleagues are running in the Admiral Swansea 10k Race on September 22nd for the charity MIND.  

MIND support anyone who has any form of Mental Health Issue. Help us raise as much money as possible for MIND and help those who feel vunerable and ate suffering with depression know that there is help and support out there and that they can overcome their problems and live a happy life with those that love and care about them.
