Hey everyone, 

I work for Pohwer, a charity that supports vulnerable adults all over the UK, and want to help raise some money to keep up the excellent work my colleagues do and to help our service reach those that need it.

Having good mental health is a vital part of living a fulfilling life and Pohwer helps empower those who, for varying reasons, cannot always speak for themselves. 

I'll be cycling solo for ten days, averaging around 100 miles per day and sleeping in a tent (to keep costs down!) from Lands End to John O'Groats. 

I'll be leaving on the 23rd of June. All money raised will go to POhWER.
