I'm running GNR 2023 for Brake which is a national charity working to prevent road deaths and injury and they also support the families of those bereaved and the people injured in road crashes.

There are 5 people who die on our roads every day and hundreds more are seriously injured. In 2019, we lost our best mate, Jake, due to a road traffic accident and this has inspired me to run the GNR this year to help raise some money and awareness for people impacted in a similar way.
