The Forces March is a recreation of an epic 135-mile WW2 training march from Ilfracombe, North Devon to Bulford, Wiltshire.

The 1942 march was undertaken by men who would go on to spearhead the entire D-Day liberation with the assault on Pegasus Bridge.

5 FS Bn REME will be taking part in the Forces March 2020. The team will be covering over 5 marathons in 5 days in order to raise awareness and funds for the veterans Charity, supporting vulnerable ex service personnel who need help. Members will either be running the distance, or conducting a Tactical Advance to Battle carrying full deployment equipment.
