Lexa's Little Princess Trust Hair Cut

Lexa Henshaw is raising money for Little Princess Trust

Lexa's Little Princess Trust Hair Cut · 6 March 2021

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

My name is Lexa and I am 8 years old, I decided a while ago I wanted to donate my hair to The Little Princess Trust.  I want to be able to help children with cancer or other illnesses so they can style their hair as they did before they had a condition diagnosed.

My hair is  over 12 " long which is now long enough to cut and donate. I am starting my fundraising page to raise as much money as I can as it costs The Little Princess Trust £550 to make a wig!

I hope to be able to donate 12" or more as soon as Covid 19 rules allow me to do so.  I have set a target of £250 to donate, however I would love it if I can donate the hair and we can all raise enough money to have my hair transformed into a wig with all the money raised by You and I.

The Trust relies solely on the efforts of community fundraisers. They receive no formal funding. Please help me to raise  as much money as possible  so that we can help more families.
