This year the London LHi office is raising money and awareness for Young Minds.

Young Minds is a charity that is focused on championing the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people across the UK. Unfortunately 1 in 10 children and young people aged 5-16 years old face mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety or an eating disorder. And 3 in every 4 chronic mental health disorders develop before the age of 18, therefore early prevention work is vital.

Importantly the work of Young Minds is to support families, empower children and young people, campaigning for change and helping professionals.

The London office, of the LHi Group, has around 100 individuals and this year’s charity committee chose to support Young Minds because we believe the work that they do is both important but also aligned with our values. A key thread within our business is the philosophy of the ‘younger you’ - where we are all working to make sure that the next generation within our business is set up to succeed. Therefore, working with a charity that is looking to equip the next generation with stronger mental health is something we are very proud to do.
