Led by our Founder & CEO, Tom Glanfield, a fearless bunch of our LHi team; Barry, Christian,  Alex and Dom are entering the ultimate test of endurance and strength - the most gruelling triathalon in the world; IRONMAN.

In 15 hours and 40 minutes, these individuals will have to complete a 3.8K swim, 180K bike ride and a full marathon!  

Every £500 we raise will directly support a young person to find, gain and stay in work.  

LHi Group and the individual team members are covering the cost of the event so that your donations go directly to frontline support for young people.

LHi's IRONMAN team are dedicated to completing this huge mental and physical challenge so really deserve every penny you can donate.  We aim to raise as much as possible for OPERA to empower young people to transform their lives.
