Welcome to the UEA Kilimanjaro Challenge Campaign 2021! These incredible students are taking on the challenge of a lifetime all whilst helping in the fight against meningitis and septicaemia.

Story

In September 2022 I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, the worlds tallest freestanding mountain, and the highest point in all of Africa. My climb is in aid of the Meningitis Research Foundation; a charity which aims to research and raise awareness of two serious diseases, Meningitis and Septicaemia. Shockingly, meningitis and neonatal sepsis are the second biggest infectious killer of children under the age of five on the planet. The Meningitis Research Foundation provides better access to vaccines, health systems that can diagnose and treat children, and support to survivors of meningitis. It's time to make meningitis a global health priority, and you can do this today by donating using the give now button!

I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro, whilst raising money for an amazing cause, and I am very excited to embark on this adventure. Any donations to help me reach my target would be greatly appreciated, and I hope you enjoy seeing my fundraising progress- we have lots planned!
