Story
We have all been impacted or know someone impacted by Cancer. Some continue to fight their battle every day. Natasha and I have so many family members and friends affected by Cancer, so I've decided to run the Belfast marathon to raise money in honor of those who have lost their fight with this awful disease. We have close family members who, as recently as last year received the best care possible whilst attending The Bridgewater Suite. We feel the best way to thank them is to give a little back and anything you can donate will make a massive difference.
For 35 years, Friends of the Cancer Centre has been dedicated to making a real and meaningful difference to cancer patients and their families across Northern Ireland. Friends of the Cancer Centre is here to enhance the quality of patient care and support through our life-changing and life-saving work, the charity does this by funding additional nurses, supporting local research and providing practical support, such as our financial grants, which help families through a difficult time. Friends of the Cancer Centre relies entirely on the generosity of the local community and all money donated stays in Northern Ireland, directly benefitting patients and their families.
Thank you for your support!
