St Mary’s Hospice provides specialised supportive and palliative care for people with life-shortening conditions throughout South Cumbria. Only 18% of our funding comes from the NHS, the rest comes from our supporters. All our services are provided free to patients and their families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In April 2024 , I will be heading over to Nepal to complete an expedition to Everest Base Camp and summit Kala Pathar.

All to help raise vital funds for St Mary's Hospice in Ulverston. A cause close to many local hearts, myself included.

St Mary’s Hospice provides care and comfort for patients living with any life-shortening illness or long term condition and their family. Supporting people from the moment of diagnosis and their families for longer.

Their services are free of charge to our community but they are not free to provide. Which is why I wanted to play a small part in contributing to their cause.

If you are reading this and have a spare pound, dollar or euro, I and St Mary’s Hospice would be extremely grateful for your support. I’ve attached the link below. Thank you for any support!
