Weightmans' office charity this year is The Whitechapel Centre, who work hard to ensure that nobody needs to sleep rough in Liverpool. 

To raise funds, they have organised an event at the assault course in the dock between the Echo Arena and the Albert Dock.

I'll be taking part and you're more than welcome to come and laugh at me spending most of the time in the dock.  It's at 5pm on Thursday 6 September.
