Mental health has been something I have struggled with; like many others. Many people  ( including myself) often can’t quite explain or put into words into how they feel and on their bad days feel like the whole world is against them. But nobody is alone and there is always help available at hand my therapy sessions and counselling has helped me far beyond belief and made me realise it’s okay to ask for that help! I set myself the challenge Of the running with every intention of raising awareness for mental health  as a whole because it is something that is not spoken about enough , and also losing a close family member through mental health a few years ago.
