Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. i will be collecting for the felix fund, which is a charity that supports the bomb disposal community, providing support for those soldiers that have lost limbs as well as those families that have lost loved ones within the EOD community. on October the 28th i will be running the Marine corps marathon in washington DC with the aim of coming in at under 3 hours 45 mins. So please dig deep and donate now.

 

Training is going well 12 weeks to go and i am averaging 7mins 45 seconds pace over 10 miles so well on track to get my preferred time!
