The team at Hiper Global UK with some friends and family are taking on Tough Mudder on May 21st 2022.

I’ve been the mental health first aider and well-being champion at work for 5 years now. Having seen first hand the benefit of mental health care in the workplace i’d like to help make some money for a charity which proliferates further support in our communities. Plus you get to see pictures of me tired, wet and muddy!

So… This year we are raising money for a local charity called Brave Mind. Any sponsorship would be greatly appreciated!
