Story
I'm Liam Molloy.
The annual BUPA Great North Run, the world's biggest half-marathon event, is taking place in Newcastle-upon-Tyne on 1st October this year. I'm going to run it for Leonard Cheshire, the UK's largest disability-support charity. They provide services for over 21,000 people who need their help. Sponsoring me online would be a most cheerful and easy way to donate and so feel good.
Incidentally, these distance-running events have a fatality rate - apparently four died last year. You have my guarantee that if I die (nobly) in the attempt, you will get your money back in full. Therefore, you can't lose.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Leonard Cheshire will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
