Story

Hi folks,

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In memory of our friend Liam we thought it would be a good idea for us all to get together and play in a charity football match.  This will take place on Sunday 17th November at 1 pm at Westdyke Leisure Centre grass pitch in Westhill.  The two teams playing will be Liam’s friends he went to Elrick Primary School with vs other friends he made at Westhill Academy.

We have chosen to donate any funds raised to Mental Health Aberdeen which is a local charity that provides counselling and information services to adults and young people experiencing difficulties related to their mental health and wellbeing.

Football played a huge part in Liams life and we all shared many football related memories with him over the years so we thought this would be a very fitting way to remember him whilst raising awareness.

Any donations on this page would be greatly appreciated for such a worthwhile cause or alternatively you can donate on the day.

We welcome everyone to come along and support both teams playing.

Thank you.
