I am taking part in a work team triathlon, stepping up to the running part of it. My lack of fitness in front of work colleagues might strip me of any dignity or respect they have for me, but it is for a very good cause- to raise money for the J&J Charity - Operation Smile.  

Operation Smile is an international medical charity that provides free, safe, effective surgery to children born with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities and delivers post-operative and ongoing medical care to children in low-income countries.
