My name is Lia and I am 10 years old.  I was born prematurely at 24 weeks and 2 days!!!  My biggest passion is horse riding and I have set myself a challenge of getting my picture taken with a different horse for every day I was cared for in hospital which in total was 112 days. all money raised will go to Chelsea & Westminster neonatal unit to help all the premature and sick babies.  Without the care I received I would not be here, I was one of the lucky ones!!!

Any donation, pennies or pounds will be very much appreciated and will help me give something back.
