Story
Hi my name is Libby, I’m going to try and keep this short and sweet and I promise I wont keep you for long. my story started back in summer 2024 when I started to become poorly, gradually over the up and coming months I became incredibly unwell with headaches, hormonal issue, sickness, being bed ridden most days and many more other painful and upsetting symptoms. I was then told in October 2024 I had a benign brain tumour and I would be ok. But it Turned out I wasn’t ok and in may 2025 i was told it wasn’t a benign tumour it was in fact a really aggressive grade 4 brain cancer.
Our world crumbled! 💔
Following that news I underwent emergency brain surgery. 30 rounds of full brain and full spine radiotherapy then 5 months of chemotherapy. I’m so overjoyed to announce that in Jan 2026 I finished all my active treatment, and in February I got all clear on my scans. (I count my lucky stars every second of the day to be here) ✨
We can only hope n pray as a family that’s the cancer stays away and I continue to have the most amazing life with my fiancé and our 3 beautiful boys. 🙏🏼
This is just the start of my fundraising journey and I hope in time I’m sharing fundraising links for massive events that I know I’m capable of organising and creating. 🤞🏼
Anything will help little or big what ever you can do even if it’s a share please do so. 🥹
Thank you always
Love Libby ❤️
