The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

Lifeguards play a vital role in keeping you safe when you are swimming and doing other Leisure activities. As lifeguards, its important to keep our training and qualifications up to date. This is not possible without the RLSS and what they do.

Countless lives are saved due to the training and the hard work done by the RLSS. Over 90,000 lifeguards have been trained through them to make sure you can enjoy your holidays and local pools without the worry of anything bad happening.

The current situation has hit a lot of charities hard, with events being cancelled, staff being furloughed and businesses in the Leisure industry having to close down.

A lot of lifeguards are currently using their skills to be key workers during this tough time. We are trying to do our bit to raise a bit of money and awareness for RLSS to enable them to continue to carry out the incredible work they do, and keep you and your families safe. On Sunday 26th April, we will be using our daily exercise as individuals to collectively run 26.2 miles and raise money for RLSS

If you want to know more about RLSS and what they do, please don't hesitate to contact me.
